Our list of pools is just what you need to unwind and chill this season. If you’re looking for swimming pools in and outside of Amman, pack your shades and sunscreen and let your thumbs start scrolling!


Mountain Breeze Lodge & Resort Swimming Pool

Price: 30 JD any day of the week
Opening Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Why take a trip to the Dead Sea or Aqaba when you can head up to Mountain Breeze Lodge & Resort? Kick back by their scenic pool with a cocktail in hand and enjoy the pleasant weather. Little compares to a beautiful view of its neighboring mountains.


Las Cabanas Swimming Pool

Price: 25 JD ++ on weekdays | 35 JD ++ on weekends | Includes one draft beer
Opening Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Las Cabanas is one hell of a rooftop pool. Not only can you swim there to live performances, you can even rent your own poolside cabins. Sizzle up in their hot tub, and try their tapas before taking a dip in their pool. No one will know you didn’t wash your hands.


Swimming Pool at Grand Hyatt Amman

Price: 25 JD on weekdays | 30 JD on weekends
Opening Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Grand Hyatt’s rooftop pool is a great place to be if you feel like lounging under the sun. The hotel has a delicious selection of drinks you can choose from, so make sure you’re hydrating between each one.


Swimming Pool at Sheraton

Price: 35 JD on weekdays | 50 JD on weekends
Opening Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. | Indoor pool closes at 11:00 p.m.

Sheraton is home to some of the more relaxing pools in Amman, and they are relentless in their offerings. Still feel like swimming after sunset? Pay their indoor pool a visit, and soak in their jacuzzi between every other dip.


Swimming Pool at Intercontinental

Price: 25 JD on weekdays | 35 JD on weekends

Whether you’re there for business or pleasure, the InterContinental pool is worth a visit. Experience the thrill of baking under Amman’s sun this season, and make a point of trying their spa.


Swimming Pool at W Hotel

We’re undecided as to what W Hotel has going on its rooftop. Is it a pool? Is it a lounge? We are, however, certain of two things – it’s wet, and it looks like a good place to hang out with your loved ones.


U Roof Lounge Swimming Pool

What are outdoor swimming pools without a view? U Roof’s pool overlooks Amman’s skyline and compliments the lounge’s atmospheric parties and gatherings pretty well. If you’re still there before sundown, you might as well catch the beautiful orange skies of Amman.

If you’re looking for a day use swimming pool in Amman, Le Royal offers three for the price of one. Chill at either one of their indoor pools, or get your tanning game going by the one outdoors.

Bored of catching the sunset in your car on the way back from wherever you came? Amman Rotana’s pool is just what you need to have that breather. It almost made it to our rooftops article, so make sure to stop by there for a little mid-day splash.

Landmark Amman is a great summer spot for the family to hang out and spend some quality time together. Since kids get a hefty discount, you won’t have to worry about getting a baby sitter. Drop by and munch on a good burger by their poolside.


Al Ahli Club Pools

Are you having a hard time finding a swimming pool as a woman? What’s great about Al Ahli’s is that it provides a safe and comfortable environment for all ladies alike. And if you have kids that you’d like to teach how to swim, the club can take care of that for you with their classes.


Float Away at the Dead Sea

The Marriott by the Dead Sea not only offers its swimming pools to visitors, but also access to their beach. Pay a little extra, and you get to enjoy a delicious meal for lunch.


Holiday Inn Dead Sea Swimming Pools

The Holiday Inn has a lovely view of the sun setting over the Dead Sea, and if that doesn’t thrill you, maybe their mud will. Not that they created their own, but they do have quite a few jars of Dead Sea mud you can scrub yourself with.

Crowne Plaza is home to an impressive set of pools, the largest of which is at the center of its housing village. If you’re tired of swimming, take a walk around the hotel. Their many facilities will surely keep you entertained.
