Montage at the Royal Film Commission is hosting a Quiz Night to test your cinematic knowledge. A good dose of healthy competition, along with delicious food, in a beautiful setting with the chance to win valuable gifts never hurt anybody.

Level Up in Wadi Maeen @ Adventure Plus

If you’re looking to challenge yourself, why not level it up with Adventure Plus for a 5K hike in Wadi Maeen? You’ll need a moderate physical ability, a love of hiking through water, walking shoes, a change of clothes, and a backpack for all your stuff. Kids Yoga @ Shams

Yoga is good for the mind and body, but you don’t have to be an adult to enjoy it. This Friday, introduce your child to the world of meditation and mindfulness, with Shams’ new kids yoga classes every Friday. Classes are led by Nour Taher (aka Yogi Ever After) and aim to build strong, compassionate and peaceful children.

Bonus: SHAMS YOGA supports the Yoga Mandala foundation, which provides inner peace and wellness for those displaced by war and conflict, and 20% of proceeds go directly to the project.

Carton City Design @ Design Academy
Thursday, September 14 @ 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

How about let your little one unleash their creative genius with a Carton City Design class? Aimed at 6-12 year olds, this workshop will introduce your child to spaces and cities. It will expose them to what cities are made of, by building models representing best quality living options. They will be challenged to think of a general idea or concept to be implemented throughout their design. And hey, after all is said and done, it’s better than them designing cities on your wall with permanent marker!
