432 Hz: An immersive furniture exhibition @ Zara Centre

Artist and furniture designer Basel Naouri is featuring 25 of his modern yet rugged original furniture designs in the 432 Hz exhibition, with a soundtrack to the event of tracks composed from the sounds of his work! This multi-sensory exhibition will run until May 25th, from 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and items are limited edition and selling fast (hint, hint).
This week, talks by two prominent creators in Jordan will contribute to this already dynamic exhibition. Renowned Architect Ammar Khammash of Khammash Architects will be discussing new trends and movements in the Jordanian youth generation, and the importance of investing in creativity. Khammash will address “the way we deal with materials/space/intangible compositions, including order, sound, and light; taking human senses into new and previously unvisited territories”, on Tuesday May 17 at 7:00 p.m.. Feras Takriti, founder of The Color Experiment, will give a talk about “anticipating new mediums in communication: Exploring the hybrids of experience design and technology building on landscapes of emotions and belief” on Saturday, May 20 at 7:00 p.m..
